Thank-you for your efforts regarding my recent purchase of Sony Noise cancelling headphones. As mentioned when I placed the order ,I required these headphones to take on an O/S trip departing in 5 days ,and they arrived with a day to spare.I also ordered a camera from a very well known large online retailer here in NZ ,at about the same time I placed the order with your company ,and it arrived 2 days after our departure.At least I had my headphones to drown out my Wifes complaining about Her camera not arriving in time for the trip :-).

So far I have bought two items from Graham and have been impressed both times.
Top quality gear at fantastic prices.
The first being Etymotic ER6i IEM's was ordered on the Sunday and arrived Wednesday.
The second a Sansa Clip+ player ordered Monday evening and arrived Tuesday morning the next week (Note easter fell in between).
Between emails and phone calls the service is second to none.

Thank you Graham for a great transaction.
I placed an order on Friday afternoon for a Cowon D2+ and only realised after placing the order that there's an option for a digital radio at an extra cost.
I called the 1300 number on Sunday to find out if I could pay the extra cost and receive the different D2+. To my surprise a person (Graham) answered the phone and agreed to send me an invoice on Monday. Paid the difference on Monday, the item was shipped and I received it this morning (Tuesday) at 9:00am.
How's that for great service and you can actually speak to a real person. Really happy with MP3 Outlet.

I ordered a refurbed Iriver Clix2 and it arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately it didn't work correctly, but received fantastic service and a replacement within 3 days after returning the faulty one. I'm very impressed with the entire experience i had with this site.
Like many people i have been stung before, so i made sure to ask a lot of questions pre purchase. These were all answered withing the day i asked them, and my new sansa fuze was ordered after the third set of questions.
The mp3 player arrived on the third day after my order - at the same time as something I'd been waiting 3 weeks for from a different company.
I went immediately online and registered my product, as again i have trust issues these days.

Brilliant service!!!
I ordered two items, only one of which was in stock. Because I was about to travel, I was concerned about delivery times so I added a comment to the order asking for confirmation on the items. I received a very prompt email informing that one item wouldn't be available until the following week and offering to change my order. Since one week was okay, I didn't respond and then, without being asked, they chose to ship me the items separately. This means that I have my nice new ANC-3 earphones right now and I'll get my other item just in time for my travel.

The advice and follow up provided by Graham was beyond what could normally be expected from a mail order retail company. After extensive research on Australian and international websites, and a number of subsequent telephone calls, The MP3 Outlet Store stood out on service and price. Payment and dispatch was timely and above expectations as well.
On the subject of the Etymotic ER6i, I purchased them to use on a long motorcycle trip. They provided very effective noise blocking, delivered very rich sound at highway speeds and were as comfortable as normal earplugs inside the helmet. Thoroughly recommmended, especially when traveling on some of the boring and poor roads of NSW.
