listed on our site,and do not "dropship",as a lot of online retailers do now. This allows us to keep complete control over the ordering and despatching process.We source ALL our products from Authorised distributors.Our prices may seem "to good to be true" on some items, however we absolutely guarantee all products sold on our website to be 100% Genuine.We receive several unsolicited emails per week offering us cheap products, which may or may not be fake, however we are not prepared to take the risk of dealing with companies not authorised by the manufacturer to sell the products they are offering.

To do this we know we must offer competitive pricing, but we also know low prices alone can not  make our business

superior. We are determined to combine honest and helpful dealings  with outstanding service before, during, and after

manufacturer,but still very sought after by our customers.  Where ever possible and if available,we source our products

from Australian distributors,but unlike most of our competitors we also source some product from  outside Australia ,as

Australia due  to its relatively  small market is quite often  supplied with a smaller model range than larger  markets.It

is for this reason that several  of  the products we stock will be found nowhere else in Australia !        

  We source all our imported products from authorised distributors worldwide,and as such,they still come with a

manufacturers warranty.
